When I attempt to download my files - about 14.5GB's worth, I am able to initiate the download with no issue, but everytime it gets to near the end, it fails with 'Failed - Network error'. I've seen online others with the similar issue, please advise as currently I cannot download my files.
Edit - I should say it doesn't matter what browser I use, and it's Windows 10.
