login problem

login problem

HEy guys,

I can't login for a second day in a row.
Every time I try to login there is "ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT"
I also tried different devices.

That means I can't get to files I need. I am paying customer (even if I'm not paying much but you do the pricing) and I really wish this to be resolved.
And also I have no way to disable next payments.

Hi. We're sorry you're having this issue. I will send you a private direct message as well.

1) We show no login attempts from this IP since 10/14/20 @4am... meaning, this IP has not connected to dashboard.blomp.com in the past several hours. That login appeared to be successful. This most likely means there is an Internet issue. Can you confirm that you see dashboard.blomp.com with this IP address?

Name: dashboard.blomp.com
Address: 205.134.187.194


2) You can disable recurring payments in your Apple Pay or Paypal (whatever you used). We don't control your payments or have access to that.
