Renamed folder

Hi,
I renamed a folder and disappeared with all files in it.

Please can someone help me?

Hello there!

Are you still having this problem? Are you still having trouble not finding your file?

If yes,
1- Please let me know what the name of your disappeared file is (Both before and after renaming it) - You can send us a private message if you want to keep everything private.
2- Have you tried logging out and logging back in?

Thanks for your interest.
I'm writing for a friend of mine that has issues to log in in this section.
The subfolder was named UNICI and now is LIVe.
The other issue of my friend was that him had 2 different subfolder in 2 different folder but named identical ones. Him deleted one in folder A, for example, and disappeared the subfolder in folder B, loosing many videos in it.
Did you understand what I meant?
If not I'll try to explain it better for you.

Second, thank you for the explanation.
Can you please provide us with your friend's username?

One- I wonder why your friend was having issues logging into this section. Can you let us know what error message they were receiving? We want to help your friend.

Two- Yes, I did understand what you meant. I will let our programmers know both the issue you had and the name of the folder you tried to rename. This is very helpful.

Once our programmers work on this, I will come back here and let you know.
