My 2TB Plan Didn't Update?

Hey there,

I wrote you 2 Emails about where is my 2 TB Plan, which I bought in a monthly subscription.

Even if I log out and log back in it still says the basic free plan.

Within the Forum support here, the Email Copy to myself Function seems also corrupt as I'm not getting any of the copies, and yes, I did check my Spam folder.

Transaction ID from Paypal is 2YB132306Y944744J -- successfully went through. Let me know. Eager to start using this platform!!

Thanks for letting us know. I have contacted our internal team and they will make the adjustments to your account accordingly. Please give it a couple of days to reflect.

Additionally, I have also escalated your issue to our programmers so they can make any adjustments (to our code if needed).
