Well, in order to answer your question, I need some answers from you first.
So let's start.
Did you send out 9 invites to new customers?
If yes, Did they confirm and join? as in, are their accounts verified?
You get 20 GB for every invite If they join and register for an account.
Just keep in mind that the last sentence is very important.
