download file via sharing link

Very weird , recently my users complains that the download files via my sharing links did'nt completed. On my dashboard i can myself download theses files completely, any solution to fixe these probleme. Thanks!

At this time, you can go ahead and download individual files by right clicking on the file name and selecting "share."
This will give you a link that you can use to download the file, and be sure to select "Anyone with this link can view"

when can we download in bulk? We have to download lots of file and having a large storage here but individually downloading them is a bit off. Any workaround please?

bulk downloading is not on our roadmap at the moment. Thank you for your suggestion though! We will keep it in mind for future updates
