Storage Capacity 0 Byte and Insufficient Storage

Hi,
I've just created my free account but I see:
Storage Capacity 0 Byte
and when I try to upload even a very small file I get the message:
Insufficient Storage
Shouldn't I have up to 20Gb of storage?
