SwiftStack Client vs Dashboard

Post by barreto » Tue Dec 08, 2020 5:19 pm

Hi!
does anyone have the some behavior?
I've uploaded several files/folders with SwiftStack - I can see them here, but somehow it's doesn't show up on dashboard!
it does consume quota (tb, files & folders are showed correctly on dashboard page) - but no files!

Hello,

When you upload via dashboard do you see them in swiftstack?

Thanks,

in fact... I don't know! I tried to upload a file and create a folder while in dashboard (test folder and test.txt file)... everything seems ok, I even get the ok message for the upload, but... then all vanish!
it's quite a mess my account :(
can you please help!

There is some caching that Blomp's WebUI and our apps do. They should automatically update and "see" your changes within an hour or so. We have some adjustments to the system that we are designing. Pretty sure that if Swiftstack successfully uploaded them, you'll see them in the Web interface.

guys... again... it's not a matter of hours, or days, or even months! most of the files were uploaded some weeks/months ago! it's not something from yesterday!

anyway, the folder created and file upload yesterday in the dashboard - they don't even appear in the dashboard!

I've an open ticket without any support so far!
Ticket ID: HJC-561283
can you please recheck!?

is it possible to invest 30' and really take a look on my questions, and really try to give support instead of raising false fixes?

1. try do upload/create a file/folder in my dashboard --> not possible!
2. files uploaded via swiftstack --> not available via dashboard
3. files uploaded via swiftstack are (of course) visible in swiftstack but I'm not able to download them anymore!
4. the quota in my dashboard shows ok the real quota consumed! but... where are the files and folders!

Just 4 straight questions! if you need, I can provide all printscreens!

Ok! We have found an issue that you may be exercising with more than 10,000 files in storage. We will get that addressed..

Love how you Blomp!!

Hi :)
yes indeed, some good improvements since yesterday!
but... not yet everything is ok...

I can now see my files in Dashboard - thank god my files are safe.

I still cannot download files with SwiftStack (several at the same time, complete folders or just a single file).

I'm able however to download with Dashboard, but... file by file (as far as I know)...

Can you please take a look?

in the meanwhile... nmight be helpfull. just install Blomp File Management (give it a try)... also here I cannot see all files :(

Can you check this? We've looked at your account and it seems to be working properly. Blomplive is likely caching the view, and we are likely going to push a fix for that.

Thanks,

:(

still no luck!
1. can't download my files with swiftstack!
2. can't see my file in BlompLive!

please recheck - I already know that generally speaking, everything is ok on your end, and you dont find any problem! but... can we skip that part, and can you really try to understand what might be happening? meaning...

1. you now my credentials! please try to download my files with swiftstack
2. try to see my files with BlompLive

or... at least... give an alternative option to get my files back!

KR.
