Billing

Hello,

About a month ago I paid to get the 250GB upgrade, a few days later I realized that wasn't enough and upgraded to to the 2TB plan.. few moments ago your system took .99 out to pay for the 250GB plan. Now all I have is 250GB, it will not let me upload anymore files. The 2TB plan was paid for on Oct 7 this year. Can you please fix this?

We will absolutely get this fixed. In your payment vendor (Paypal, Apple, etc) you will want to discontinue the $0.99 payment and keep the $2.99 one. But we'll fix you up.

We can cancel you, or we can fix it for you. You were charged for a 250G plan even though you wanted a 2TB plan. Please let us know which way you'd like to go.

same here...upgrade to 250GB, payment done, but when i open blomp apps, it said, failed to verify purchase.
