How does "monthly logins" required?

Hi,
I want to know this requirement works for us free users. I mean, can I just login once a month so my account doesn't get deactivated or do I have to upload/move/copy files from my cloud storage?

Officially the policy is you have to login to the WebUI or the support forum once per month. Thanks!
