Hello,
When i try to invite someone for the extra Space it says it failed. The other person still received the invite email and registered but i didnt get anything
Please advise
invite free space didn't work!

Per our FAQ linked below, https://support.blomp.com/viewtopic.php ... 1f9d2f3ca5, here is how you make sure you get your extra storage.
We have commonly seen people having this issue. The reason is simple and might be because of one of two things.
Either your friend didn't accept your invite yet - as in opened the link or didn't open a Blomp account yet.
Are you 100% sure they have confirmed and opened an account?
If yes, kindly provide their information. such as their username, and account info..
If not, I'm sure you will have your extra storage once they confirm and open an account.
