I think what you are seeing is mechanics between rclone and object storage. for any file that is chunked, the segments are loaded and the manifest is uploaded. This is not a valid IP. This is most likely the IP between your system and your router. Try "www.whatismyipaddress.com"

The users screen shot was in the WebUI. When we "switch backends" it doesn't break existing connections, we just change which ones are recommended to be sent new connections. Usually it's a pool. So theoretically everything will eventually switch, but nothing gets interrupted during the process. But...
