The upload and download speed limit for all users is 10Gb/s - effectively unlimited. There's no maximum file number, or size, so long as you are under your storage quota.

Did you happen to be uploading between the hours of 12AM and 12:30AM EST? We had a momentary issue with our load handling server and I'm wondering if this might be part of the issue.

To change folders in the online dashboard, select the portion of the directory that you would like to go back to, located above the contents of the directory you are viewing. Look for the "home" button.
