Hello, I have already downgraded to a free plan back in the summer, and when i log into the dashboard it clearly shows the 20GB limit that corresponds to that tier. Great thank you for confirming. I just have one more question. After i return to the free plan, i understand that monthly logins are a requirement to keep the acct active. So may i ask what counts as a "login"? Does it have to be to the web application (i.e. the dashboard that i posted a screenshot ...

Ah okay, so please bear with me as i need to be very clear on this: since i have stopped the payment on paypal's end, the payment won't go through on December 24, 2023., and the account will automatically revert to the free plan on that day? WITHOUT penalty to me?

cancelled my 250GB plan but dashboard says still on 250GB

Hello,

just cancelled my 250GB plan in order save some money as i never go past 12GB these days.

But when i returned to the blomp dashboard it still shows 250GB and next payment date as originally scheduled. Please advise what i need to do next in order to rectify that.

Yes i am able to log on to the web application again using my credentials. Thank you.

NOTE: Obviously i cannot test the positive case where the recaptcha is NEEDED for the sign up.
