Upon transferring files to Blomp earlier today, I unwittingly deleted various photos and videos from within my Blomp account, naturally assuming that all files would still remain in my phone, as I'd thought that the Phone storage of my photos were safeguarded. I only wanted the photos and videos deleted from Blomp. Not also my phone.
Upon accessing my phone soon afterwards, I was shocked to find that a number of photos and videos were no longer in my Gallery, and not in my Recycle Bin, as the deletions came from the Blomp end.
Can these photos and videos be retrieved?
I know that this is possible if photos and videos are deleted on a phone after they've ended up in the Recycle Bin, then are deleted from the Recycle Bin, but this is a completely different situation, as the media was deleted unexpectedly within Blomp.

Re: Files Unexpectedly Deleted from my Mobile Phone
Hi there,
Thank you for reaching out. We completely understand how concerning this situation must be, and we’re here to help.
Our team of expert developers is currently looking into your concern to better understand what may have happened during the file transfer and deletion process. In the meantime, we’d love to gather a bit more information to assist our investigation:
1. Were you using the Blomp app or the web version when the files were deleted?
2. What device and operating system were you using (e.g., Android, iPhone, etc.)?
3. Were the files uploaded through a manual transfer or automatic sync feature?
4. When was the last time you were able to see the files in Blomp before they were deleted?
At the moment, Blomp doesn’t sync deletions with your device’s storage, so what you described is unusual and we want to fully understand what occurred.
We’ll keep you updated as soon as we have more information. Thank you again for your patience, we're doing our best to assist you.
Warm regards,
