This is not a valid IP. This is most likely the IP between your system and your router. Try "www.whatismyipaddress.com"

If there is a problem with the zip feature, we'll take a look at it.

You can download BlompGo from our website / dashboard and it'll create a Z: drive for you. There is a video tutorial online for it.

As mentioned in your other thread, this is a feature of the Web interface and BlompGo. Legacy BlompLive does not have it.
