i sent more than one message. i am still unable to download my files. the file i finally got via email contained nothing once i downloaded it and tried to extract the files from the zipped folder.

I've tried to bulk download my files via browser to no avail. It told me to wait for a link. It's been several days and still nothing has been sent/received. I also purchased this service based on the "why blomp" section stating there was a windows and mac app which aren't even available. ...

having the same issue. when trying to install with the windows file it says windows can't find the installer
